There will be a bus shuttle that will transport those in need of a ride (on Saturday) from the Southern Hotel to the Church and then to the Reception venue. Towards the end of the night, the shuttle will transport guests back to the Southern Hotel.

Yes, there will be a big bus that can accommodate at least 30 people that will shuttle back and forth. If you don't like waiting, you can grab an Uber or rent/bring a vehicle. There are plenty of parking spaces available.

No, if you would like to find an airbnb or other hotel accommodations that are close by, you are more than welcome to do so. Please advise that the airport is at least 45 minutes away from Covington LA.

There are no assigned seats. There will be plenty of space inside and outside for you to gather or sit down (or dance!). There will be a buffet available with traditional American & Vietnamese dishes.
